The Matrix Mock Selective School Test is a 2 hour paper-based practice exam designed to assess your child’s abilities in Reading, Mathematical Reasoning, Thinking Skills.

About the Mock Selective Test Day
Part 1: Students at the test will:
Test structure:
The Mock Selective School Test is a 2-hour, paper-based exam with 3 separate test components. All questions are in multiple-choice format.

Test Date and Time:
Saturday 30 September at 10:00AM or 2:00PM
Location:
At one of Matrix campuses: Chatswood, Epping, Hurstville, Parramatta, or Strathfield.
Part 2: Selective Test Report
Within a week, you’ll receive a detailed 15-page report on your child’s:
- Test scores
- Performance relative to other students
- Competency in each learning area
- Key strengths and weaknesses
- Recommendations
