Join us for an action-packed three days of performances, workshops, and talks, including kids’ concerts, food, and entertainment from the 8-10 September at Pratten Park Bowling Club, Ashfield.
Culture X Ashfield continues the work of the Sydney Sacred Music Festival, showcasing cross cultural music from around Australia with a community engaged arts programs that celebrates the diverse communities of Ashfield and the Inner West through the unifying power of music.
Program Highlights:
* Dynamic cross cultural bands from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane
* The Strides, Pirateska Rebellion (Melb), Marsala, Dyan Tai, Bukhu Ganburged, True Vibenation, Kween G and Friends, Balkan Audio Collective, East of West (Qld) and more!
* Community Engaged Arts Events – participate in band and dance workshops and join our festival activations via the Horn and Drum Parade, and Multi-cultural Dance Party.
* Opening Horn and Drum Parade
* Culturally diverse Dance Party ‘The Ball’
* NO House Concert – Intimate Refugee artists concert in Thirning Villa with the Refugee Art Project
