Design a Healing Living Space with Rina Bernabei
Heading into winter Australian Design Centre presents a series of workshops designed to make space for healing through making. A fast paced world with a relentless news cycle can feel overwhelming. Making may be the antidote you need to change pace. In this workshop participants will learn new skills for slow making by hand.
How can we create soothing and restorative living spaces? How do objects and furnishings impact emotions? Using a toolbox of objects, materials, and textures, designer and educator Rina Bernabei will guide participants through the design process to produce a sensorial mood board for a healing home space. Everything will be provided, and no prior skills are necessary.
